fa گسست توسعه از ماهیت مکان؛ نقدی بر الگوی رایج توسعه در مناظر مذهبی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif"><span b="" lang="AR-SA" nazanin="" style="font-family:">آیا توسعه در مناظر مذهبی، هنگامی که بر افزایش ظرفیت‌های کالبدی، تسهیل جریان‌های حرکتی و گسترش فعالیت‌های اقتصادی متمرکز می‌شود، الزاماً به تقویت مکان می‌انجامد؟ یا ممکن است همین فرایند، در صورت بی‌اعتنایی به روابط تاریخی و اجتماعی مکان، به فرسایش تدریجی آن منجر شود؟ مناظر مذهبی ساختارهایی چندلایه‌اند که در آن‌ها امر قدسی، حافظه جمعی، مناسک، سکونت، اقتصاد، نهادهای اجتماعی و سازمان فضایی درهم‌تنیده‌اند. در چنین بستری، توسعه را نمی‌توان صرفاً با شاخص‌هایی مانند نوسازی کالبدی، افزایش ظرفیت اقامتی یا بهبود دسترسی سواره ارزیابی کرد. </span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif"><span b="" lang="AR-SA" nazanin="" style="font-family:">این مقاله با رویکردی تحلیلی ـ نظری و انتقادی، گسست توسعه از ماهیت مکان در مناظر مذهبی را بررسی می‌کند و با بهره‌گیری از تجربه بافت پیرامونی حرم مطهر رضوی، به نقد الگوی رایج توسعه می‌پردازد</span>. <span b="" lang="AR-SA" nazanin="" style="font-family:">استدلال اصلی مقاله آن است که بحران این مناظر، بیش از آنکه ناشی از فقدان توسعه باشد، حاصل گسست تدریجی میان توسعه و ماهیت مکان است.</span> <span b="" lang="AR-SA" nazanin="" style="font-family:">در این چارچوب، فرسایش مکان زمانی رخ می‌دهد که پیوند میان هسته قدسی، بافت شهری، زائر، مجاور، اقتصاد محلی، نهاد وقف، حافظه تاریخی و نظام تصمیم‌گیری تضعیف شود. </span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif"><span b="" lang="AR-SA" nazanin="" style="font-family:">نتایج تحلیل مقاله نشان می‌دهد که سازمان فضایی، وقف و حکمرانی مکان را نمی‌توان به‌عنوان عناصری مستقل در نظر گرفت؛ بلکه تداوم و پایداری مکان به کیفیت رابطه و هم‌افزایی میان آن‌ها وابسته است. بر این اساس، توسعه مکان‌محور زمانی می‌تواند از فرسایش مکان جلوگیری کند که از یک شعار هنجاری به چارچوبی</span><span b="" lang="FA" nazanin="" style="font-family:"> عملیاتی</span><span b="" lang="AR-SA" nazanin="" style="font-family:"> برای سنجش کیفیت روابط میان کالبد، فعالیت، معنا، قدرت و منفعت عمومی تبدیل شود.</span><span dir="LTR" style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp; <p data-end="783" data-start="18">Does development in religious landscapes, when primarily directed toward expanding physical capacity, facilitating mobility, and promoting economic activity, necessarily strengthen place? Or can these very processes, when detached from the historical and social relationships that constitute place, gradually erode its integrity? Religious landscapes are inherently multilayered environments in which the sacred is inseparably intertwined with collective memory, ritual practices, patterns of dwelling, local economies, social institutions, and spatial organization. Within such contexts, development cannot be adequately assessed through conventional indicators such as physical renewal, increased accommodation capacity, or improved vehicular accessibility alone.</p> <p data-end="1547" data-start="785">Adopting a <strong data-end="840" data-start="796">critical analytical&ndash;theoretical approach</strong>, this article examines the disconnection of development from the essence of place in religious landscapes and critically evaluates the prevailing development paradigm through the experience of the urban fabric surrounding the Holy Shrine of Imam Reza. The central argument is that the principal challenge confronting these landscapes stems not from a lack of development, but from the progressive separation of development from the very qualities that constitute place. Place erosion emerges when the relationships linking the sacred core, the urban fabric, pilgrims, local residents, the local economy, the waqf institution, historical memory, and decision-making structures become progressively weakened.</p> <p data-end="2085" data-start="1549">The analysis demonstrates that spatial organization, waqf, and place governance should not be understood as discrete or independent components. Rather, the continuity and resilience of place depend upon the quality of their interaction and mutual reinforcement.
