fa تداوم فعالیت و دگرگونی رابطه فعالیت–مکان: چارچوبی برای ارزیابی جابه‌جایی فضاهای جمعی؛ مطالعه موردی: جابه‌جایی جمعه‌بازار پروانه از پارکینگ پروانه به باغ هنر Continuity of Activity and the Transformation of the Activity–Place Relationship A Framework for Evaluating the Relocation of Collective Spaces تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research در ارزیابی جابه‌جایی فعالیت‌های جمعی، استمرار عملکرد و سازمان اجرایی می‌تواند به‌منزله شاخص موفقیت تلقی شود؛ اما این صورت‌بندی، با تقلیل فضای جمعی به فعالیتی قابل‌انتقال، ممکن است تغییر رابطه تاریخی و تجربه‌شده فعالیت با مکان مبدأ و فرایند شکل‌گیری رابطه‌ای جدید در مقصد را از فرایند ارزیابی خارج کند. این مقاله به منظور کنکاش در رابطه اجتماعی، معنایی و تجربی یک فعالیت با مکان مشخص و مسئولیت نهادهای تصمیم‌گیر در قبال تداوم یا گسست این رابطه، بصورت موردی جابه‌جایی جمعه‌بازار پروانه از پارکینگ پروانه در خیابان جمهوری به باغ هنر اراضی عباس‌آباد در سال ۱۳۹۹را بررسی و محدودیت‌های این رویکرد عملکردمحور را نقد می‌کند. پرسش اصلی این است که در جریان جابه‌جایی، چه ظرفیت‌هایی از فعالیت تداوم می‌یابند، چه تغییری در رابطه فعالیت و مکان در مبدأ رخ می‌دهد و شکل‌گیری رابطه‌ای جدید در مقصد به چه فرایندی وابسته است. چارچوب نظری پژوهش بر ادراک مکان به‌مثابه رابطه‌ای تاریخی، تجربه‌شده و معنادار میان مردم، فعالیت و محیط استوار است. پژوهش با روش تحلیل اسنادی کیفی و در قالب مطالعه موردی تاریخی ـ فرایندی، اسناد رسمی، مطالعات مرتبط با پارکینگ پروانه و گزارش‌های مربوط به تعطیلی و انتقال بازار را بررسی می‌کند. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهند که ضرب آهنگ فعالیت، سازمان فضایی پارکینگ، تجربه حضور و حرکت، روابط اجتماعی و انباشت معنا و بازشناسی شهری، به شکل‌گیری رابطه‌ای تاریخی میان بازار و پارکینگ پروانه منجر شده بودند. با جابه‌جایی، بخشی از ظرفیت‌های فعالیت، از جمله ریتم زمانی، نام و هویت، دانش عملی و سازمان اجرایی، قابلیت تداوم یافتند؛ اما تجربه زیسته، تاریخ رابطه میان فعالیت و مکان و بستر قابل‌انتقال نبودند. خروج بازار نیز ضرب آهنگ فعالیت را به‌عنوان یکی از سازوکارهای بازتولید رابطه فعال در مبدأ متوقف کرد. در مقصد، استمرار فعالیت به‌تنهایی شکل‌گیری رابطه‌ای جدید با مکان را اثبات نمی‌کند. مقاله بر این اساس، جابه‌جایی را فرایندی متشکل از تداوم گزینشی ظرفیت‌های فعالیت، دگرگونی رابطه فعالیت و مکان در مبدأ و شکل‌گیری احتمالی رابطه‌ای جدید در مقصد صورت‌بندی می‌کند و نشان می‌دهد که ارزیابی جابه‌جایی فضاهای جمعی باید از سنجش صرف تداوم عملکرد فراتر رود.   Continuity of operations and organizational arrangements is often treated as evidence of success when collective activities are relocated. However, reducing collective space to a transferable activity may obscure changes in its historical and experiential relationship with the original place and the process through which a new relationship may form at the destination. To critique performance-based assessment, this article examines the relocation of Parvaneh Friday Market from Parvaneh Parking on Jomhouri Street to Bagh-e Honar in Tehran’s Abbasabad district. It asks which capacities persisted, how the activity–place relationship changed at the origin, and what processes might shape a new relationship at the destination. The conceptual framework understands place as a historically accumulated, socially embedded, and meaningful relationship among people, activities, and the environment. The study uses qualitative documentary analysis within a historical-processual case study, drawing on official announcements, research on Parvaneh Parking, and relocation reports. Findings indicate that the market’s weekly rhythm, the parking facility’s spatial organization, movement experiences, recurring social relations, accumulated meanings, and urban recognition contributed to its historical relationship with the original setting. After relocation, some capacities—including the weekly schedule, name, practical knowledge, and organizational arrangements—could be sustained. However, accumulated lived experience, the historical activity–place relationship, and the original physical setting were not directly transferable. The market’s departure also interrupted the weekly rhythm as one mechanism reproducing the relationship at the origin. At the destination, continued operation alone does not establish that a new relationship has formed. The article therefore conceptualizes relocation as a process involving selective continuity of activity capacities, transformation of the relationship at the origin, and the potential formation of a new relationship at the destination.
