fa نقد و نقادی، کلید گمشده توسعه عمومى General پژوهشي Research تلقی عامیانه از نقد، بیان ضعف [به قرینه احتیاط] قوت یک مقوله یا پدیده است. نوعی تشخیص ناکارآمدی پنهان است در منطق درونی یک سیستم؛ خواه محصول مصنوع باشد یا اثر مخلوق. نقد را به نظریه، قانون، برنامه، اثر هنری، سیاست و بسیاری مقولات دیگر توسعه که در عداد محصولات خلاق طبقه‌بندی می‌شوند نسبت می‌دهند. رسالت نقد را نیز همچون یک آزمایشگاه دقیق کشف نقاط ضعف و ناکارآمدی سیستم تلقی می‌کنند. در حالی‌که همه اینها از آورده‌های نقد است و نه رسالت آن. رسالت و مأموریت نقد در مراتب علم، وجه تکاملی آن در توسعه علمی است. هر صنف از علوم بشر، که به کار سامان‌بخشی به زندگی مادی و معنوی او می‌آید، نیازمند آن است که در فرایندی واضح، شفاف، شناخته‌شده، قابل اندازه‌گیری و قابل تکرار به محک راستی‌آزمایی گذاشته شود تا اگر به سلامت عبور کرد، به‌عنوان رکنی از ارکان توسعه جامعه به کار گرفته شود. فرایندی که همه خواص و صفت‌های گفته شده را به فعلیت می‌رساند و ضرورت‌ها را به واقعیت بدل می‌کند، نقد نام دارد.  The popular perception of criticism is the expression of weakness [in the context of caution] of the strength of a category or phenomenon. It is a kind of recognition of hidden inefficiency in the internal logic of a system; whether it is an artificial product or a created work. The mission of criticism is also considered as a precise laboratory to discover the weaknesses and inefficiencies of the system. While all of these are contributions of criticism and not its mission.
