fa توسعۀ فضاهای زیست و نقد عمومى General پژوهشي Research نقد و انتقاد شاید عمری به اندازه بشر مدرن داشته باشد. هرگونه ایراد گرفتن از هر موضوعی را با هر هدفی می‌توان &laquo;نقد&raquo; دانست. تاریخ نشان می‌دهد که نقد (Critique) و انتقاد (Criticism) در واردشدن انسان به دوران مدرن و صنعتی، نقشی قابل تأمل داشته‌اند. شاید نقدهای ادبی و هنری در جامعه بیشتر شناخته شده باشند که البته در اینجا مورد نظر ما نیستند. در این مختصر هدف آن است که ارتباط بین نقد و پیشرفت، شکوفایی، توسعه و تعالی در محیط زیست انسان بطور مختصر مورد بررسی قرار گیرد. نقد در انگلیسی به معنای تحلیل مفصلی است که توسط یک متخصص انجام می‌پذیرد. ریشه این لغت در انگلیسی از یک کلمه یونانی (کریتیکوس) به معنای قضاوت‌کردن و صدور حکم گرفته شده است (برای اطلاع بیشتر مراجعه شود به فرهنگ لغت‌ها در زبان‌های فارسی و انگلیسی؛ همچنین ن. ک. به: ویکی پدیای فارسی و انگلیسی ذیل کلمات فوق). در یک نگاه اجمالی می‌توان مشاهده کرد که نقد در جامعۀ ما، حتی اگر کاملاً دوستانه و خیرخواهانه باشد نیز با استقبال روبرو نمی‌شود. بواسطۀ عوامل تاریخی و فرهنگی، در دوران معاصر، نقد و نقادی، آن‌طور که در غرب شایع است و به رسمیت شناخته می‌شود، مطرح نبوده و ریشه ندارد. هر چند در سال‌های اخیر، نشانه‌هایی از گرایش بسوی نقادیِ جدی و علمی از یک سو، و نقدپذیری و توجه به نقادان، از سوی دیگر، به چشم می‌خورد و این امر نوید یک جهش اصولی در حوزۀ برنامه‌ریزی، طرح‌ریزی، تصمیم‌گیری و مدیریت فضا و محیط‌زیست انسانی در کشور را می‌دهد؛ و باید از سوی مجامع علمی و پژوهشی مورد توجه و بهره‌برداری شایسته قرار گیرد.&nbsp; <p lang="en"><strong>Abstract:</strong> Critique and criticism are arguably as old as modern humanity itself. Any form of objection to any subject, regardless of its objective, can be considered &ldquo;critique.&rdquo; History demonstrates that critique and criticism have played a significant role in humanity&rsquo;s transition into the modern and industrial eras. While literary and artistic criticisms might be more widely recognized in society, they are not the focus of this discussion. The objective of this brief paper is to summarily examine the relationship between critique and progress, flourishing, development, and excellence within the human environment.</p> <p lang="en">In English, the term &ldquo;critique&rdquo; signifies a detailed analysis conducted by an expert. The root of this word is derived from the Greek word <em>kritik&oacute;s</em> (&kappa;&rho;&iota;&tau;&iota;&kappa;ό&sigmaf;), meaning to judge or to pass judgment (for further information, refer to Persian and English dictionaries; see also the Persian and English Wikipedia entries for the aforementioned terms).</p> <p lang="en">A cursory observation reveals that critique in our society, even when entirely amicable and benevolent, is often not well-received. Due to historical and cultural factors, critique and criticism, as they are prevalent and formally recognized in the West, have not been prominent and are not deeply rooted in our contemporary era. Nevertheless, in recent years, signs of a shift towards serious and scientific critique on one hand, and a growing acceptance of and attention to critics on the other, have become apparent. This trend promises a fundamental leap forward in the fields of planning, design, decision-making, and the management of human space and environment within the country.
