fa فضای سبز معاصر پیوستی الحاقی در برنامه‌های توسعۀ شهری؛ نقدی بر رویکرد کمی‌گرا به توسعۀ فضای سبز تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span b="" lang="FA" nazanin="" style="font-family:">این پژوهش به نقد رویکرد کمی‌گرای حاکم بر توسعۀ فضای سبز شهری در ایران می‌پردازد؛ رویکردی که افزایش مساحت و سرانۀ فضای سبز را به‌عنوان شاخص اصلی موفقیت توسعۀ فضای سبز در مدیریت شهری تلقی کرده و کمتر به کیفیت، هویت و انطباق آن با بستر مکانی توجه دارد. مسئلۀ اصلی، شکل‌گیری فضاهای سبز غیرمکان‌محور است که با وجود گسترش کمی، در پاسخ‌گویی به نیازهای اجتماعی، فرهنگی و محیطی ساکنان ناکارآمد بوده و از پایداری لازم برخوردار نیستند. پرسش تحقیق آن است که مؤلفه‌های مکان‌ساز منظر سبز سنتی ایرانیان چیست و چگونه می‌توان با مقایسۀ آن با فضای سبز معاصر، کاستی‌های رویکرد غیرمکان‌محور را تبیین کرد؟ هدف پژوهش، استخراج ویژگی‌های منظر سبز مکان‌محور و ارائه چارچوبی برای ارتقای کیفیت فضای سبز شهری است. روش تحقیق مبتنی بر تحلیل تطبیقی میان ویژگی‌های فضای سبز معاصر و منظر سبز سنتی ایران است. فضای سبز معاصر با نادیده گرفتن ظرفیت‌های مکانی و غفلت از نیازهای ساکنان به صورت تک‌عملکردی برای تفریح و گذران اوقات فراغت ایجاد شده، با ذهنیت تاریخی ساکنان و خاطرات جمعی آنان ارتباط معناداری نداشته و به دلیل ناسازگاری با شرایط محیطی به نگهداری مداوم نیاز دارد. در حالی که منظر سبز سنتی با تکیه بر مشارکت اجتماعی، توزیع عادلانه، پیوند با هویت محلی و چندعملکردی بودن، نقش فعالی در شکل‌دهی به حس مکان و پایداری ایفا می‌کند. در نتیجه، تغییر رویکرد از توسعه کمی به کیفی و توجه به ظرفیت‌های مکانی، شرط احیای منظر سبز شهری مکان‌ساز است.</span></span></span></span></span></span> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">This research criticizes the quantitative approach that governs the development of urban green space in Iran; an approach that considers the increase in the area and per capita of green space as the main indicator of the success of green space development in urban management and pays less attention to its quality, identity, and adaptation to the spatial context. The main issue is the formation of non-place-based green spaces that, despite their quantitative expansion, are ineffective at responding to residents&#39; social, cultural, and environmental needs and lack the necessary sustainability. The research question is: what are the place-making components of the traditional Iranian green landscape, and how can the shortcomings of the non-place-based approach be explained by comparing it with contemporary green space? The research aims to identify the characteristics of place-based green landscapes and to provide a framework for improving the quality of urban green space. The research method is based on a comparative analysis between the characteristics of contemporary green space and traditional Iranian green landscape. Contemporary green spaces, created by treating spatial capacities and residents&#39; needs as a single function for recreation and leisure, lack meaningful connection to residents&#39; historical mentality and collective memories and require continuous maintenance due to their incompatibility with environmental conditions. The traditional green landscape, grounded in social participation, fair distribution, connection to local identity, and multifunctionality, plays an active role in shaping a sense of place and sustainability.
