This article examines the hidden potential of folk songs in Iran to create revolutionary movements and movements from the perspective of Marxist criticism. By posing the central question of whether music is merely a tool for expressing emotions or can it act as a material force and productive factor in social transformations, the context of production, dissemination, and influence of these songs in the context of class relations in Iranian society is analyzed. While explaining the potential of music in stimulating class consciousness, strengthening proletariat solidarity, and organizing the masses, the article addresses its weaknesses, limitations, and mechanisms of transformation in the face of capitalist and state power structures. Finally, this research reaches a critical conclusion about the role and real function of music in the process of revolution and class struggle.
